The President of Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration, has always had the spark of entrepreneurship inside.
As a young boy he was always intrigued by being innovating and earning extra money and with his parent's encouragement it became a part of his life with mowing grass, cleaning gutters and doing whatever it took to please his customers.
After college, he had the opportunity to work full time for Lewis Bakery, a local commercial bread provider in Fort Wayne, Ind., as a sales representative which allowed him to have additional exposure to the corporate world, which helped him realize it was time to try his hand in developing his own business. Ciocca started his janitorial service in June 1997 part time while maintaining his duties at the bakery.
Ciocca's Executive Cleaning provides a menu of options for their customers to choose from. Services include, but not limited to, commercial cleaning service, vinyl tile, ceramic and marble floor cleaning and window and carpet cleaning. Ciocca's cleans office buildings that range from one-day-per-week service to seven-day-per-week service on a nightly basis.
In 2003, Ciocca's developed Xtreme Carpet Cleaning and in December 2006, Ciocca's purchased a well-established company called GMP Cleaning & Restoration. GMP offers a wide variety of services such as water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation as well as carpet and air duct cleaning. Ciocca's has since merged all three companies to make one infrastructure as Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration. The company staffed by over 100 employees, offers a one-stop shop for residential and commercial needs.
Ciocca's has always focused on how to improve communications with their customers. Therefore, we currently have a 24/7 online ticketing communications system called Easy Clean Management. The Web-based system allows customers to make requests at any time. The request is immediately sent to the appropriate Ciocca staff member. The Web site also includes real-time status of requests and the ability to modify requests and e-mail a notification when requests are updated.
Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration has focused on being the leading company in Fort Wayne and Northeastern Indiana. “Through this leadership position, we will continue to provide services for and exceed the expectations of our new and existing customer base,” states Chris Ciocca, president of Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration.
Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The IICRC is a national training organization for companies performing carpet & upholstery cleaning and fire & water damage restoration. Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is also a member of the Association of Specialists in Cleaning & Restoration (ASCR). The ASCR is an organization that puts together national symposiums on what is new in cleaning, as it relates to fire and water damage restoration. In addition, Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is also a member of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA). Being associated with these organizations helps keep them on the cutting edge of the cleaning and restoration industry, to better serve their clients.
